El Instituto de Planificaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n de Soluciones Energ\u00e9ticas para las Zonas No Interconectadas (IPSE) celebr\u00f3 con entusiasmo el evento de cierre de gesti\u00f3n 2024, un espacio creado para reconocer y agradecer sinceramente a todos sus servidores de planta y contratistas por su dedicaci\u00f3n y valiosa contribuci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de soluciones energ\u00e9ticas en las zonas m\u00e1s apartadas de Colombia.<\/p>

El prop\u00f3sito del evento fue ofrecer a todos los colaboradores del IPSE un respiro de la rutina diaria, un momento para relajarse y disfrutar, saliendo del entorno laboral para compartir en un ambiente natural. Se celebr\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el esfuerzo conjunto que ha sido clave para lograr avances significativos, como la implementaci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables y la mejora de infraestructuras el\u00e9ctricas en regiones que m\u00e1s lo necesitan.<\/p>

El director del IPSE, Danny Ram\u00edrez, expres\u00f3 su m\u00e1s profundo agradecimiento por el compromiso, el profesionalismo y la pasi\u00f3n con que cada miembro del equipo ha trabajado. Destac\u00f3 que los logros alcanzados son, sin lugar a dudas, el reflejo del esfuerzo colectivo y la dedicaci\u00f3n de todos.<\/p>

Finalmente, el evento fue una ocasi\u00f3n para reflexionar sobre los retos que nos esperan en 2025. Con la misma unidad, se buscar\u00e1 seguir ampliando la cobertura energ\u00e9tica y fortalecer el trabajo en equipo y las alianzas que nos permitan seguir avanzando en nuestra misi\u00f3n.<\/p>
